J'�� I AN ORDINANCE REaUNING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 7th day of May, 1970� after notice as re- quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Cammission held a public heari.ng upon the petition of LARRY DALE BAKER to rezone premises described as: Lots 12, 15� 16, 41, 42 and the West Half of Lot 17 of F. M. Tarr's First Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, page 504 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County� Illinois; from R_3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to either M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ar B-2 CONII�fERCIAL DISTRICT; and WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted and said premises rezoned from said R-3 SINGLfi FAMIL,Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIC�iT INDUSTRIAL DISTRTCT. NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS. Section 1. That the recommendations of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby approved in part and in part disapproved. Section 2. That that portion of the above described pre- mises described as: I�ot 15 of F. M. Tarr's First Addition to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, page 504 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; be, and the same are hereby, re zoned from R_3 SINGLE FAMILY RESI_ DENCfi DISTRICT to B-2 OOMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
