RESOLUTION NO. R 2 016-131 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS <br /> DEPARTMENT OF INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY,AN ILLINOIS STATE <br /> AGENCY,FOR FIBER BUILD SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Illinois Department of Innovation <br /> and Technology, be, and the same is hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
