RESOLUTION NO. R2016 - 13 9 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER#1 TO THE <br /> 2016 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT LAKE RIDGE ADDITION <br /> CONTRACT WITH BURDICK PLUMBING & HEATING COMPANY, INC. <br /> FOR A TIME EXTENSION - CITY PROJECT 2016-10 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract between Burdick Plumbing & Heating Company, <br /> Inc., and the City of Decatur for the 2016 Annual Water Main Replacement Project, and <br /> the same is hereby modified and amended to authorize a Time Extension of 180 days <br /> revising the completion date to May 17, 2017. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute, said Change Order #1 to the Contract between the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois and Burdick Heating & Plumbing Company, Inc. <br /> Section 3.
