RESOLUTION NO. R2017-02 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BLANK,WESSELINK, COOK& ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION <br /> ENGINEERING AND RESIDENT INSPECTIONS SERVICES FOR THE NELSON <br /> PARK NEIGHBORHOOD COMBINED SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2012-22 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional construction engineering and <br /> resident inspections services for Nelson Park Neighborhood Combined Sewer Separation <br /> Project, City Project 2012-22, presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and <br /> Blank, Wesselink, Cook&Associates, be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Blank, Wesselink, <br /> Cook&Associates, for a fee not to exceed$318,985. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2017. <br /> Julie Moore Wolfe, yo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Debra G.
