RESOLUTION NO. R2017-7 7 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> TERMINATION OF CONTRACT WITH THE <br /> MACON COUNTY EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM BOARD (ETSB) <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur shall terminate the Contractual Agreement <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois and the Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) and <br /> send notice to the ETSB in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, upon creation of the <br /> Central Illinois Regional Dispatch Center(CIRDC). <br /> Section 2.
