RESOLUTION NO. R2017-88 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> TO PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES TO IMPROVE THE <br /> MOUND ROAD /SPRING CREEK WEST & MIDDLE BRIDGES <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-06 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the professional engineering services to <br /> provide design services to improve the Mound Road/ Spring Creek West& Middle Bridges, <br /> presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and AECOM Technical Services, <br /> Inc., for a fee not to exceed $339,100, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
