Perform a closed level circuit to establish the rim elevations of the manholes on the project <br /> sewers. <br /> 2. Photograph the location of each manhole. Visually inspect the manhole from the surface and <br /> note any irregularities. Measure the depth of each manhole and establish an invert elevation. <br /> 3. From record drawings and measured depths,draft a detail for each manhole. <br /> 4. Review Telescan manhole inspection logs and CCTV files. Mark up manhole drawings with <br /> defects for repair. The CITY shall furnish current inspection logs and CCN files for all manholes. <br /> 5. Draft defects onto the manhole detail drawings. <br /> 6. Design the necessary repairs and rehabilitation for each manhole. <br /> 7. Draft the repairs and rehabilitation onto the detail drawings. <br /> 8. Tabulate the manhole repair and rehabilitation quantities. <br /> 9. Write technical specifications for the manhole repair and rehabilitation techniques. <br /> 10. Write special conditions/provisions for specific areas of attention. <br /> Sewers <br /> 1. From record drawings and measured manhole invert elevations, draft a plan and profile for each <br /> sewer at an appropriate horizontal and vertical scale. <br /> 2. Review Telescan CCN files and reports. Tabulate sewer conditions and defects. The CITY shall <br /> furnish current inspection logs and CCN files for all project sewers. <br /> 3. Draft defects,sewer conditions and other information onto the sewer profile drawings. <br /> 4. Design the necessary repairs and rehabilitation for each sewer segment between manholes. <br /> 5. Draft the repairs and rehabilitation onto the sewer profile drawings. <br /> 6. Tabulate the repair and rehabilitation on a schedule of quantities. <br /> 7. Write technical specifications for each of the sewer repair and rehabilitation techniques. <br /> 8. Write special conditions/provisions for specific areas of attention. <br /> Opinion of Probable Cost <br /> 1. An opinion of probable cost will be prepared for the project sewers. <br /> Technical Peer Review <br /> 1. Perform an in house peer review by an engineer and technical staff who have not worked on the <br /> project. <br /> Project Review with Client <br /> 1. As the design approaches 30% complete the engineers will meet with the CITY to discuss <br /> findings, progress and details of the project. When the total project reaches approximately 90%, <br /> preliminary plans will be submitted to the CITY for review and comment.
