The proposed zoning is compatible with
adjacent zoning and uses in all directions.
The proposed rezoning of the subject site should have no adverse effect on the adjacent properties or the City as a whole.
POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: There were no known objectors at the Plan Commission Meeting.
INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES:
The petition has been reviewed by the City's Technical Review Committee;Planning,Engineering and Fire.
STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Suzan Stickle at 424-2786 or at sstickle@decaturil.gov.
BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None
ATTACHMENTS:
Description Type
Ordinance Ordinance
Supporting Documentation Backup Nlaterial
https:Hdecatur.novusagenda.com/AgendaWeb/CoverSheet.aspx?ItemID=1247 9/1/2017
