That the quote of Travelers Indemnity Company (The Travelers <br /> Companies, Inc.) to supply excess property insurance in the amount of $71,000.00 to <br /> the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> Section 3. That the quote of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company to supply <br /> excess workers-compensation insurance in the amount of $652,429.00 to the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same is hereby, accepted and approved. <br /> Section 4. That the City Manager be, and is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute the Client Authorization to Bind Coverage with Arthur J.
