Appendix A <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> August 21,2015—City Council approved Resolution R2015-109 authorizing execution of an <br /> Administrative Consent Order between the City and the United States Environmental Protection <br /> Agency(USEPA) <br /> August 21,2015—City Council approved Resolution R2015-110 for$456,000 authorizing a <br /> professional engineering services agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., for the <br /> preparation of Sewer System Alternative Analysis (SCSAA)and Capacity, Management, <br /> Operation and Maintenance (CMOM)reports required by the Administrative Consent Order <br /> between the City and the USEPA, <br /> March 30,2016—City Council was provided with Public Works Memorandum 2016-16 <br /> providing an update on the preparation of the SCSAA and CMOM Reports. <br /> October 3,2016—Study Session with City Council to provide an update with the USEPA <br /> Consent Order. <br /> November 21,2016—Study Session with City Council to discuss the proposed Sanitary Sewer <br /> User Charges to meet the USEPA Consent Order. <br /> December 8,2016—City Council approved Ordinance 2016-91 amending City Code Chapter 74 <br /> —Sanitary Sewer Service and Connections, Section 10, Rate. <br /> February 21,2017—City Council approved Resolution R2017-25 for$462,944.28 authorizing a <br /> professional engineering services agreement with ADS Environmental Services for the 2017 <br /> Flow Monitoring Project, City Project 2017-01. <br /> February 21,2017—City Council approved Resolution R2017-26 for$723,008 authorizing a <br /> professional engineering services agreement with Crawford,Murphy and Tilly, Inc. for the Lost <br /> Bridge North Basin and the Florian Basin Inflow and Inflow Reduction Project, City Project <br /> 2017-02. <br /> SANITARY SEWER PRIORITIES: <br /> Under the direction of the City Council, the Public Works Department has established four <br /> priorities to improve the City's sanitary sewer collection system as defined in the Sanitary Sewer <br /> Master Plan. <br /> 1.
