Excerpts from Plan Commission Meeting of September 7, 2017 continued: <br /> Staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> Section XXII.A.2. requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on a conditional use <br /> permit request, and then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for final <br /> approval. A motion to forward Calendar Number 17-30 to the City Council with a <br /> recommendation for approval is suggested. <br /> Mr. Kent Newton asked if there were any changes since last month. Ms. Stickle said the layout <br /> changed. <br /> Mr. Tommy Garman and Mrs. Kathleen Garman, owners, were sworn in by Mrs. Janet Poland. <br /> Mrs. Garman stated they represent TKG'S Wing Heaven. <br /> There were no questions and no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded(Frantz/Newton) to forward Calendar No. 17-30 to the City Council <br /> with a recommendation for approval as presented by staff. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
