The proposed zoning is compatible with adjacent zoning and uses in all directions.
The proposed rezoning of the subject site should have no adverse effect on the adjacent properties or the City as a whole.
POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No members of the public spoke at the public hearing.
INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES:
The petition has been reviewed by the City's Technical Review Committee;Planning,Engineering and Fire.
STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Suzan Stickle at 424-2786 or at sstickle@decaturil.gov.
BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None
ATTACHMENTS:
Description Type
Ordinance Ordinancc
Supporting Documentation Backup Nlatcrial
https:Hdecatur.novusagenda.com/AgendaWeb/CoverSheet.aspx?ItemID=1289 10/2/2017
