Illinois Department Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Under the Illinois of Transportation Highway Code BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Council or President and Board of Trustees City of Decatur Illinois City,Town or Village that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: Name of Thoroughfare Route From To IL ROUTE 105 FAP 712 Old Route 51 U.S. 36 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of Improving approximately 3.85 miles of IL 105 from Old Route 51 to U.S. 36, cold milling and resurfacing the existing driving lanes and approaches, removing and replacing sidewalk curb ramps at various locations and upgrading traffic signals at various locations within the project limits. and shall be constructed variable wide and be designated as Section 14-00401-00-TL 2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional ® Yes ❑ No)sum of Eight thousand one hundred and eighty five dollars and thirty cents Dollars( $8,185.30 )for the improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. 3.
