Governing Law; Venue.This Sublease shall be construed and governed by the laws <br /> of the State of Illinois. The Parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Circuit <br /> Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, located in Decatur,Macon County,Illinois. <br /> f. Indemnification. Sublessee shall indemnify and hold harmless Landlord and <br /> Sublessor against and from any and all claims,lawsuits,damages or actions arising <br /> from the Sublessee's use of the Subleased Premises or this Sublease, including any <br /> and all attorney's fees and professional expenses incurred by Landlord or Sublessor <br /> relating to the same. <br /> g. Notice.All notices which are prescribed by or which are otherwise required under <br /> this Sublease must be in writing and must either be(i)delivered to the party entitled <br /> to the notice or (ii) mailed, with first class postage prepaid, to the address of the <br /> party entitled to the notice by registered or certified mail,return receipt requested. <br /> A notice will be deemed to be received in subparagraph(i),on the date of the actual <br /> receipt of the notice by the party entitled to that notice, and in subparagraph (ii), <br /> three (3) business days after the date of the mailing of the notice.
