A A2ENVlAONMENTAL <br /> Decatur, IL <br /> Phase III—Data Analysis and Reporting <br /> 1) Data Analysis: During and upon completion of the monitoring period,a trained ADS data analyst <br /> will analyze all the data. The data analyst will directly calculate flow using the continuity equation <br /> from recorded depth and average velocity data. If required, ADS may utilize the Manning's <br /> equation or a Flume/Weir equation to calculate the flow. All flow quantities as determined by <br /> the selected equation will be plotted. The analyst will also utilize scattergraphs(depth vs.velocity <br /> readings) to verify monitor accuracy. Within thirty days (30) days of the end of the monitoring <br /> period, ADS will provide all QA/QC'd data via the ADS FlowView reporting system. The analyst <br /> will also be responsible for creating any maintenance work orders for this project. <br /> 2) Final Report: ADS will provide the owner and engineer with a final report of the flow meter data <br /> collected for this project. This includes: <br /> • Weekly and monthly hydrographs of depth,velocity,flow, and rain for each site; <br /> • Scattergraphs for each site; <br /> • Tabular depth,velocity,and flow data in both monthly summary form and native <br /> interval form; <br /> • Detailed site reports, <br /> • Finalized QAQC Data via Microsoft Excel <br /> • A Summary of the Monitoring Results <br /> 1) RDII Analysis Report. ADS will prepare an RDII Report using our Sliicer software tools that will <br /> include: <br /> a. Hydraulic Performance Evaluation — A brief narrative interpretation of hydraulic <br /> performance recorded at each flow monitoring location as determined using a <br /> scattergraph of flow depth and velocity data. The scattergraph interpretation shall <br /> estimate the Theoretical Capacity and Operational Capacity of the monitoring location <br /> and compare those values to the dry and wet flows measured at the site. <br /> b. Dry Weather Analysis—A characterization of the conditions observed during the weekday <br /> and weekend periods of the flow monitoring period during dry weather. This information <br /> is to be summarized as a time-series hydrograph of the average diurnal flow quantities <br /> for weekday and weekend days. <br /> c. Dry Weather Flow Summary—A table of the Average Dry Day Flow(ADDF). The table will <br /> also include the estimated wastewater production and base infiltration at each location <br /> d. Wet Weather Analysis—A characterization of the conditions observed during specific wet <br /> weather events observed during the flow monitoring period,summarized as a time-series <br /> hydrograph comparing the observed Rainfall Dependent Inflow/Infiltration (RDII) during <br /> a storm event to the ADDF for corresponding weekday and weekend days. <br /> ADS Environmental Services <br />
