Item Coversheet Page I of 1 <br /> in <br /> Public Works <br /> DATE: 2/12/2018 <br /> MEMO: 2018-09 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor Moore Wolfe and City Council Members <br /> FROM: Tim Gleason,City Manager <br /> Matthew C.Newell,P.E.,Public Works Director <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Authorizing the Installation of Stop Signs at the Intersection of East Redlich Drive and South Burgener <br /> Drive Facing South Burgener Drive. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the attached Ordinance authorizing the installation of <br /> stop signs at the intersection of East Redlich Drive and South Burgener Drive facing South Burgener Drive. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On January 25,2018 the Traffic&Parking Commission approved a request from City staff recommending that stop signs be <br /> installed at the intersection of East Redlich Drive and South Burgener Drive with the stop signs facing South Burgener Drive. <br /> A resident notified City staff that the intersection of East Redlich Drive and South Burgener Drive has no current traffic control <br /> and has had multiple accidents.
