BUDGEUTIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: Funding for this project is allocated in the Local Motor Fuel Tax Fund,the Water <br /> Main Replacement Fund, Sanitary Sewer Fund, and the Storm Sewer Fund. Water valve box <br /> replacements will be funded from the Water Main Replacement Fund ($46,200). Sanitary sewer <br /> manhole replacements will be funded from the Sewer Fund($41,580). Catch basin reconstructions <br /> will be funded from the Storm Sewer Fund($62,491). It is proposed that a total project expenditure <br /> of$2,330,463.50 be authorized which includes $2,180,192.50 of Local Motor Fuel Tax and the <br /> amounts from the other funds listed. These amounts represent the low bid amount of <br /> $2,330,463.50. <br /> Staff Impact: Staff time has been allocated for this project in the Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to this resolution and bid award. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, Public Works Director and Paul Caswell, City Engineer. <br /> Matt Newell will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the <br /> Council on this item. <br /> This memorandum was prepared by Griffin Enyart,Assistant City Engineer. <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: The project plans and specifications were forwarded to Legal and approved <br /> for bidding in April 2018. <br /> Attach: 4 <br /> cc: Dunn Company <br /> —4— <br />
