a. Engineering Design of Repairs $10,000 <br /> b. Estimated Construction Cost for City Sewer Repair $65,000 <br /> Estimated Project Cost $75,000 <br /> The final construction costs will be based on the bid prices. <br /> SCHEDULE: <br /> The District is scheduled receive bids in May with all work to be completed by the end of the year. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> The project will be paid for out of the Sewer Fund which is supported by sewer user fees. The <br /> project agreement is for$75,000. <br /> Staff Impact: <br /> Staff time has been allocated to manage this project. <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: The agreement was reviewed and approved by the Legal Department on <br /> February 21, 2018. The agreement has also been reviewed and approved by the Sanitary District of <br /> Decatur. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections to this resolution. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: The Sanitary District of Decatur <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, Public Works Director and Paul Caswell, City Engineer. <br /> Matt Newell will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council <br /> on this item.
