RESOLUTION NO. R2018-64 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WITH JOHNSON CONTROLS TO DEVELOP <br /> ENERGY IMPROVEMENT MEASURES FOR THE CITY <br /> CITY PROJECT 2018-07 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Project Development Agreement authorizing the development of <br /> energy improvement measures for the City,presented to the Council herewith between the City <br /> of Decatur and Johnson Controls, for a fee of$68,208, be, and the same is hereby,received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
