The lighting and facility improvements are to be <br /> completed by December 31,2018. <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> In 2012 and 2013,the City Council entered into agreements with Johnson Controls to evaluate and implement energy and water <br /> efficiency projects for the City. While some work was done in evaluating the City's street lights,it was determined not to pursue <br /> street lighting efficiencies at that time.
