EXHIBIT B Schedule 1 <br /> Description of Work: <br /> ECM-1 Streetlights LED Uparade <br /> General Scope: This scope of work addresses the Light Emitting Diode (LED) retrofit for the City of <br /> Decatur streetlights: <br /> Scope of Work: (Also see Appendix 1. for the line-by-line description of fixtures and specific scope) <br /> 1. Replace the existing city-owned HID (high-intensity discharge) fixtures with new LED fixtures. <br /> 2. One-for-one replacement of cobraheads and floods. <br /> 3. One-for-one replacement of decorative fixtures with the exception of the downtown streetscape <br /> decorative fixtures. <br /> 4. Each fixture will be equipped with a standard photocell. <br /> 5. Upgrade (14) decorative fixtures to new LED at the Central Park at South Park street and North <br /> Franklin streets <br /> ECM-1A Streetlights Connected Technology <br /> General Scope: This scope of work addresses the installation of a connected lighting system for all <br /> fixtures installed in ECM-1. <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> 1. Wireless nodes, gateways, dashboard access, software startup and on-site <br /> commissioning/training is included <br /> 2. Provide 10-Year hosting service fees to maintain hardware, software and maintenance. <br /> ECM-2 Parking Lot LED Fixtures Upgrade <br /> General Scope: This scope of work addresses the LED retrofit for the following parking lot sites for the <br /> City of Decatur: <br /> • Lot B <br /> • Lot C <br /> • Lot E <br /> • Lot G <br /> • Lot I <br /> • Lot L <br /> • Transit Lot <br /> Scope of Work: (Also see Appendix 1. for the line-by-line description of fixtures and specific scope) <br /> 1. Replace the existing linear fluorescent lamps with LED lamps and drivers in stairwells and <br /> walkway. <br /> 2. Canopy's, floods, wall packs and floods fixtures will be replaced with new LED fixtures. <br /> 3.
