EXHIBIT B Schedule 1 1. Replace the existing linear fluorescent lamps with LED lamps and drivers. 2. Recessed cans will be retrofitted with LED kits.. 3. Existing incandescent, compact fluorescent and decorative metal halide lamps will be relamped with LEDs. 4. Existing LED fixtures will not be retrofitted. 5. Sensors will be installed where applicable to comply with the State of Illinois Energy Code. 6. For the exterior, all existing fixtures will be replaced with new LED fixtures. ECM-4 Civic Center Interior LED Lighting Upgrade General Scope: This scope of work addresses the LED retrofit of the interior and exterior lighting fixtures for the City of Decatur Civic Center. Scope of Work: (Also see Appendix 1. for the line-by-line description of fixtures and specific scope) 1. Replace the existing linear fluorescent lamps with LED lamps and drivers. 2. Recessed cans will be retrofitted with LED kits. 3. Please note that the auditorium lighting is not included in the scope. 4. Existing incandescent and compact fluorescents will be relamped with LEDs. 5. Existing LED fixtures will not be retrofitted. 6. Sensors will be installed where applicable to comply with the State of Illinois Energy Code. 7. For the exterior, all existing fixtures will be replaced with new LED fixtures with the exception of the existing LED fixtures. Those will remain as-is. Lighting Scope Exclusions: • Sales tax. • Existing deficiencies not covered. This includes but is not limited to insufficient pole spacing. JCI can explore per the customer's request, however, the costs to add fixtures/poles are not included. • Replacement of damaged poles. • The GIS database contains fixtures that the customer owns, GIS database to be provided to customer at the completion of the project. The scope of work only covers the replacement of the street lights specified in the Line-By-Line (LxQ audit in Appendix 1. Fixtures that currently house LEDs are not included. If additional city-owned fixtures are discovered during installation, the customer will be responsible for those costs. • Areas that are not currently meeting RP8 standard, will not meet RP8 after the LED fixtures are installed. • The existing fixtures are 120-277v, and not 480v. • It is assumed that all motion sensors, time clocks, switches or energy management systems are in working order. • The repair or replacement of cracked or damaged fixture lenses or louvers are not included unless otherwise noted. • Upgrades or enhancements of the existing fixture lens or louver is not included unless otherwise noted. • Decorative fixtures located in the downtown Streetscape area. • It is assumed that the existing Emergency Lighting System is in working order and any upgrades/repairs are not included. • Replacement of defective emergency battery back-up ballast is not included unless otherwise noted. • The re-configuration of the existing lighting system layout is not included.
