EXHIBIT B Schedule 1 • Traffic control is included per Illinois IDOT requirements. Any additional labor and material required for lane closures is not included. • The addition of light fixtures in "poorly" lit areas is not covered under this Scope of Work unless otherwise noted. • All project related rubbish, cardboard, packing materials, etc. will be placed in designated locations provided by JCI. • Existing Fuse protection will be removed and reinstalled during fixture replacement. Existing fuse/disconnect will be left in place, and will include replacement of fuses if necessary for installation of the new fixtures. Any repairs to electrical primary and secondary feeds will be the responsibility of the municipality. • Provide lockout/tagout on electrical cabinets. • Provide daily work reports to the Customer describing location of work crews. • The auditorium lighting in the Civic Center is not included. • Updates/upgrades to the existing control system in the Civic Center arena. ECM-5 Library VAV System DDC Controls Upgrade General Scope: This scope of work addresses replacement of the temperature controls for the City of Decatur Public Library. Scope of Work: (Also see Appendix 1. for the line-by-line description of fixtures and specific scope) 1. Disconnect and remove the existing temperature controls for Air Handling Unit "AHU-1", Eighteen (18) Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal boxes, and Seventeen (17) hot water Reheat Coils (RHCs) and Four(4) Electric Reheat Coils (ERCs). 2. Disconnect existing DDC controls from Reheat Coils (RHC) and Fan Powered VAV Boxes (VAV) and Electric Reheat Coils (ERC). Install new controls on each of the devices. 3. Install new Building Automation System (BAS), network trunk, controllers, thermostats, hardware, software programming and graphical interface to view all devices. 4. Connect existing controller that serves boiler and chiller system into the new BAS. 5. Provide air balancing for each VAV box per original design. 6. Provide validation of all new control points, schedules and setpoints. 7. Provide startup and training. HVAC &Temperature Controls Exclusions: • Resolution of existing design, service, and or distribution conditions known or unknown. • Temporary space conditioning unless otherwise identified in a FIM Scope of Work. • Test and balance of existing air and water HVAC systems unless otherwise noted in a specification FIM Scope of Work. • Duct cleaning and coil cleaning unless otherwise identified in a FIM Scope of Work. • Repair or replacement of defective mechanical, electrical and controls equipment and electrical distribution system, except the equipment described in the Scope of Work(Defective equipment identified by JCI during implementation of the Scope of Work will be brought to the attention of the Customer). • Repairs/replacement of insulation, piping or ductwork found to be corroded or rusted and unacceptable for installation of components or fittings required for installation other than what is specified in the Scope of Work. • Providing Ethernet ports for buildings or any infrastructure hardware/software needed to connect the building to the base IT network. • Connection to the Owners Wide-Area Network to be coordinated with Client's IT Services.
