Coverages, whether written on an occurrence or claims-made basis, <br /> shall be maintained without interruption from date of commencement of the Work until <br /> date of final payment and termination of any coverage required to be maintained after <br /> final payment. Notwithstanding the above, the insurance required by paragraph 11.1 <br /> shall be on an occurrence basis. <br /> 11.1.2.1 Such insurance shall be written to include the following coverages and for not <br /> less than the minimum limits indicated on the sample Certificate of Insurance included in <br /> these specifications or greater if required by law: <br /> 1 Worker's compensation, Occupational Disease and Employer's Liability <br /> Insurance: <br /> A. State: (in which this contract is performed)—Statutory limits. <br /> B. Applicable Federal(if any)—Statutory limits. <br /> C. Employer's Liability: Bodily Injury by Accident; Bodily Injury by <br /> Disease each employee;Bodily Injury by Disease policy limit. <br /> .2 Commercial General Liability Insurance including as minimum coverages: <br /> —Premises—Operations Liability—Independent Contractor's Protective Liability <br /> —Products and completed Operations Liability— <br /> Broad Form Property Damage Endorsement — Blanket Contractual — Personal <br /> Injury,with Employment Exclusion deleted. <br /> A. Special Requirements: <br /> a. Property Damage Liability Insurance will provide"X, C, and U" <br /> (Explosion, collapse and underground hazard) coverage as <br /> applicable. <br /> b. Products and completed Operations to be maintained for one (1) <br /> year after final payment. Damage to material,product or item of <br /> equipment itself shall be covered by an Installation Floater on a <br /> legal liability basis or by an extension of the manufacturer's <br /> warranty. <br /> C. The term "caused by accident" if used in bodily injury coverage <br /> shall be replaced by the term"occurrence". <br /> d. The term "caused by accident" if used in property damage <br /> coverage shall be replaced by the term"occurrence". <br /> e.
