Mendenhall (Bolen Robinson&Ellis, LLP) <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> On March 6, 2008, the Plan Commission voted to recommend approval of the petition (Calendar <br /> No. PC 08-03) to allow a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the B-2 District for an ambulance <br /> service.
