Page 2 of 2 <br /> Case No. 18-31 <br /> August 2, 2018 <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> According to Section XXII.A.3. there are three standards which must be met in order to grant a <br /> Conditional Use Permit. With no changes to the existing building and parking layout, staff <br /> believes the proposal continues to meet the same standards under which the previous Conditional <br /> Use Permit for the same use was approved in 2008. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends approval of the petition as submitted with the following conditions: <br /> 1. If approved by City Council, the Ordinance shall not be signed until a copy of the <br /> recorded deed has been given to the City Clerk showing St. Francis Hospital of the <br /> Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation as <br /> the owner of the property. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> Section XXII.A.2. requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on a Conditional Use <br /> Permit request, and then forward its report and recommendation to the City Council for a final <br /> decision.
