Mrs. Stewart said she has received the recorded deed showing St. Francis Hospital of the Hospital <br /> Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis as the owner. <br /> Mr. Shane Mendenhall, representative of the petitioner, was sworn in by Mrs. Althoff. <br /> Mr. Mendenhall stated there will be no changes to the existing property. The change in <br /> ownership requires a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> Upon call of the roll, Commission members Bill Clevenger, Bruce Frantz, Jack, Myatt, Mike <br /> Peoples, Tom Brinkoetter and Acting Chairman Susie Peck voted aye. Acting Chairman Peck <br /> declared the motion carried. <br />
