<br /> ar�d empioyees harrn(ess against any and ali{ass,damages,and expense that it ar they may sustain as
<br /> a result of any suiis,actions,or claims of any character k�raught on account of civil rights violatians,
<br /> property darnage, injury to,or death of any persons,which rnay arise in connedion with the use of
<br /> City of Decatur property,in cannection with the 2019 Decatur CelebraLion on August 2,3,and 4,
<br /> 2019,by the Decatur Ge(ebratifln, its officers,agents,employees,and participants,excepi as may
<br /> result from tMe sole negligen[acts or omissions,or willful misconduct of the City of Oecetur, Ifiinois,its
<br /> officers,agenis,or emplayees.
<br /> The pecatur Celebra'Cion�grees to provide the City of pecatur evidence of third party liability
<br /> insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and
<br /> $2,0OO,OflO aggregaied,for violation of civi(rights,property damage,and persana!and bodily'rnjury,
<br /> including death.
<br /> in addition,evidence of tiquor liabiiity insurance caverage for the event in an amaunz of not
<br /> tess than 51,OQQ,OQD per occurrence and S2,OOO,OC}0 aggregate sha11 also be prouided.The City of
<br /> pecatur, Illinois shall be named as an additional insured on boCh policies for the duration of the event.
<br /> The Decatur Celebratian's insurance wiil be primary.
