The system is offered to patrons <br /> of inerchants within the following perimete�s. <br /> • North Boundary South of but nat including Eldorado Street <br /> • South Boundary North of and including Main Street <br /> • East Boundary East of but nat including Main Street(US Route 51) <br /> + West Boundary Franklin Street <br /> Participating Parking Areas <br /> • Garage on Franklin&Wood <br /> � Garage on North&Water <br /> Ticket Validation Procedures <br /> • Patron will enter any of the participation parking areas and pay a fee for parking <br /> • Patron will request a validation ticket from the parking attendant <br /> • Patron will take the validation ticket with them to the downtown merchant and exchange it for re- <br /> imbursement of their parking fee <br /> • After the festival,the merchant will turn in all tickets to the Decatur Celebration far re-imbursement <br /> Ticket Details <br /> There will be no limit to the number of tickets distributed upan request. Tickets will show the perimeter <br /> for rnerchant parCicipation and review the procedures. <br /> Communication Plan <br /> Decatur Celebration will communicate the plan to the downtown merchants within the specified <br /> boundaries and recommend to merchants that the customer be required to make a purchase in order to <br /> be validated. Downtown merchants will communicate to their customers. <br /> Reimbursement Procedure <br /> After festival weekend,each merchant will submit the tickets for re-imbursement with proof of <br /> purchase attached to each ticket(i.e.a ticket stub or receipt copy) <br /> Merchants will settle with Celebration within 15 business days from the festival for their reimbursement <br /> of the fees returned to the parking patron.
