Construction is planned to begin spring of 2021. <br /> BUDGET IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: The praposed engineering services agreernent with AECOM is for$3,349,667,with <br /> an expected reimbursement of$2,400,000 in accordance with the Local Public Agency Agreement <br /> for Federal Participation (Section 09-OQ933-01-BR), Funding for this project is allocated in the <br /> Iliinois Cornpetitive Freight Program grant awarded to the City ($2,40Q,000),the City's allotmer�t of <br /> State Mator Fuel Tax funds ($600,000) and pending C"irade Crossing Protection funding from the <br /> Illinois Cornmerce Commission(anticipated to be $349,667�.
