July 6, 2010—City Council approved Resolution R2010-140, autharizing an engineering design services agreement with URS Corporation (now AECQM�to perform preliminary design work to improve the Brush College Road crossing of the Narfolk Southern rail yard south af Faries Parkway. The design services agreernent was far $811,40Q and was paid for by an"Illinois Jobs Now!"grant fram the State of Illinois. 2. July 6, 2010—City Council approved Resolution R2010-141, authorizing a Local Agency Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation to pravide $811,000 to fund the design agreement between the City and URS Corporation. 3. November 9, 2011 —City Council approved Resolution R2011-175, authorizing a change order i to the agreement with URS Corparation to provide an additional $587,714 to expand the project to include a structure crossing Faries Parkway. The total design agreement increased to $1,398,714.35. 4. November 21, 2011 —Ciry Council approved Resalution R2011-177, authorizing an agreement I with the Norfolk Sauthern Corporation in the amount of$26,845 to review and comment an the prelirninary design for the proposed rail yard crassin,�. 5. July 16, 2013 —City Cauncil approved Resolution R2013-71, authorizing a change order to the agreement with URS Corporation ta provide an additionai $39,998. April 17, 2017—City Council approved Resolution R2017-47 terminating an Engineering Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM)of Decatur, IL,to prepare final design plans and bid docurnents far the Brush Callege Raad Bridge over the Norfolk Southern rail yard south af Faries Parkway. 9. August 7, 2017—City Council approved Resolution R2017-96 authorizing a professional services agreement between the City of Decatur and Crawfard, Murphy& Tilly, Inc. (CMT)to perfarm land acquisition services for the Brush College Road Improvement Project for a fee not ta exceed $168,375. 10. August 7, 2017—City Councii appraved Resolution R2U17-9� autharizing a Local Agency Agreement for State Participation with the State of Illinois for the use af Illinois Jabs Now! Funds for land acquisition far the Brush Caliege Road Improvement Project utilizing the remainder of the City's Illinais Jobs Nowi grant which is $2,006,014. The agreement arnount inc�uded the payment of 100°lo af the land acquisition services agreement with CMT for $168,375 and the remainder to be allocated taward praperty purchases. ^� 3 �
