It is scheduled to be <br /> presented to the Macon County Board in November. <br /> Jurisdictional Transfer—Faries Parkway <br /> Faries Parkway is maintained by Decatur Township from just west of Brush College Road, to the east <br /> about 0.71 miles, where the jurisdiction then returns to the City. The Brush College Road/Faries <br /> Parkway Grade Separation project will impact nearly the entire section of Faries Parkway currently <br /> under the jurisdiction of the Township. It is proposed that the jurisdiction of this portion of the road be <br /> transferred from the Township to the City. The proposal has been approved by IDOT and the Decatur <br /> Township Road Commissioner. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There are no known objections. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Illinois Department of Transportation, Macon County, Decatur <br /> Township <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: No Legal review has been performed.
