11. INSPECTION BY CITY <br /> The City shall have the right to inspect the work at all times and at the completion there- <br /> of. City through the representatives designated by it shall determine whether the Contractor has <br /> or is complying with the terms hereof and whether the Contractor had completed the work re- <br /> quired in accordance with the terms hereof. Decisions of such representatives shall be final. <br /> 12. TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> The work which the Contractor is required to perform under this contract shall be <br /> commenced within fifteen (15) days after the execution of this contract and shall be fully <br /> campleted within 55 consecutive calendar days following execution of this contract. A 1% per <br /> day penalty may be assessed for demolition exceeding the 55 days. City may delay <br /> commencement of the work by notifying contractor in writing. Thereafter, contractor shall <br /> commence work within fifteen(15) days after notice from City canceling the delay. <br /> 13.
