Alternative Ranking and Selection <br /> Comparing alternatives involves selecting and prioritizing a host of criteria including construction <br /> costs, operating costs, as well as non-cost benefits, impacts, and risks. Construction and operating <br /> costs will require conceptual designs of infrastructure, existing facility improvements, and transmission <br /> sizing and routing. Meetings with City staff are expected for criteria development and prioritization. <br /> Subtasks: <br /> 1. Develop multi-criteria scoring <br /> 2. Define scope of viable alternatives <br /> 3. Develop conceptual designs for alternatives <br /> 4. Estimate construction and operating costs for selected alternatives <br /> 5. Score and rank alternatives <br /> 6.
