MINUTES OF THE MEETl�IG <br /> �F THE <br /> HEATING, AIR CONQITIONING AND REFRIGERATEON COMMISSION <br /> Thursday,Jurte 14th, 203.8 <br /> Qepartment of Economic and Community Development <br /> The Heating,Air CondiCioning and Refrigeration Commission met at 3 P.M.on Thursday lune 7.4th,207.8 <br /> in the Econamic and Community Development conference room. <br /> Members Present: Scott Lamb, Patrick Corrigan, Mike Braye,and Dean Severe. <br /> StafF Present: Ray Lai, Randy Johner,and Eric Watkins <br /> Introducfiions:A!I present introduced by Randy Johner <br /> In the meeting,the Heating,Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Commission diseussed the significant <br /> changes to from the 20Q9 to Z�15 International Mechanical Cade and the International fuet Gas Code. <br /> Also,the Meating,Air Canditioning and Refrigeration Commission discussed the following items for <br /> references: <br /> A. IMC 2Q12, 3Q7.Z.5 Drain Line Maintenance <br /> B. EMC 2012,306.5 Equipment on roofs and elevated struc#ures <br /> C. fMC 2012,403.3 regarding Nail salon ventilation <br /> �. IMC 2012,506.3.7.1 Grease Reservoirs <br /> E. IMC 2012,507.2.1.1 Operation of Type 1 Hood <br /> F. I M C 2012, 507.2.1.2 <br /> After some discussions,it was motioned by Mike Braye and seconded �Dean Severe)to recommend <br /> adop#ion of the 2015 version of the International Mechanical Code and the 2015 version o#the <br /> International Fuel Gas Code.The mation was carried uniamously.7he recommendation will be <br /> forwarded to ihe City Councii for consideration in conjunction with other proposed buiEding tade <br /> updates <br /> 7here being no further business,the meeting adjourned at 4 P.M. <br />
