Chapter 69 <br /> included as part of a combined permit for building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing and <br /> shall be included in the total fee as set forth in Chapter 67, Section 9 (c). <br /> D. For permits to erect or install swimming pools with electrical work, the amount shall <br /> be as follows: <br /> Inground swimming pool with electric work $70 <br /> Above-ground swimming pool with electric work $50 <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 96-38, June 17, 1996). <br /> 9. SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS. <br /> A. All newly installed electrical services shall be in conformance with the ��2014 <br /> edition of the National Electrical Code and with the following: <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2011-51, August 15, 2011) <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2008-09, March 17, 2008 <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2005-81, September 6, 2005) <br /> (1) N.E.C. 230.2 Number of services - only one service drop or lateral shall be <br /> permitted unless written approval by the Inspection Division is obtained for the conditions (a) <br /> through (d) of said Article 230.2. (Amended, Ordinance No. 2005-81, September 6, 2005) <br /> (2) N.E.C. 230.43 Service - entrance conductors shall be installed in accordance with <br /> the applicable requirements of this code covering the type of wiring method used and shall be <br /> limited to the following methods: <br /> (a) Rigid metal conduit; <br /> (b) Intermediate metal conduit; <br /> (c) Rigid nonmetal conduit. <br /> Any other method described shall have written consent of the Inspection Division and <br /> local utility company. <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2005-81, September 6, 2005) <br />
