Agreement No. 4953(19-1141-9499) <br /> ARTICLE ill <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> 3.9 Definitions. Capitalized words and phrases used in this Agreement have the following meanings: <br /> "2 CFR Part 200"means the Unifonn Administrative Requirements,Cost PrincipEes,and Audif <br /> Requirements for Federal Awards published in Title 2, Part 200 of the Code of Federal Regulations. <br /> "Agreement°or°Grant Agreement"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Allocable Costs"means costs allocable fo a particular cosf objective if the goods or services invotved <br /> are chargeable or assignable to such cost objecfive in accordance with relative benefits received or other <br /> equitable relafionship. Costs allocable fo a specific Program may not be shifted to other Programs in order to <br /> meet deficiencies caused by overruns or other fund considerafions,to avoid restrictions imposed by law or by <br /> the terms of this Agreement,or for other reasons of convenience. <br /> "All�wable Costs"has fhe same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "Award"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Budget"has the same meaning as in 44 IIl.Admin. Code Part 7000. <br /> "CFDA"or"Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin. Code <br /> Part 7000. <br /> "Close-out Report°means a report from the Grantee allowing the Grantor fo defermine whether all <br /> applicabfe administrative actions and required work have been completed,and therefore closeout actions <br /> can commence. <br /> "Conflict of Interest"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Pa�E?000. <br /> "Consolidated Year-End Financial Report"means a financial infortnation presentation in which the <br /> assets,equity, liabilifies,and operating accounts of an entity and its subsidiaries are combined(after <br /> eliminating all inter-entity transactions)and shown as belonging to a single reporting entity. <br /> "Cost Allacation Plan°has the same meaning as in 44 tll.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "CSFA"or"Catalog of State Financial Assistance°has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part <br /> 7000. <br /> °Direct Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Cate Part 7000. <br /> "Disallowed Costs°has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "DUNS Number"means a unique nine digit identification number provided by Dun& Bradstreet for each <br /> physical location of Grantee's organization.
