Agreement No. 4953(19-1141-9499) <br /> "Financial Assistance"has the same meaning as in 44 Iil.Admin.Cocie Part 7000. <br /> "Fixed-Rate"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Pa�t 7000. "Fixed-Rate"is in contrast to <br /> fee-for-service,44 III.Admin.Code Pa�t 7000. <br /> "GAAP"or°Generally Accepted Accounting Principles"has the same meaning as in 44 Iil.Admin.Code <br /> Part 7000. <br /> "Grant Funds"means the Financial Assistance made availabie to Grantee through this Agreement. <br /> "Indirect Costs"has the same meaning as in 44 ill.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Indirect Cost Rate'means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect <br /> costs each Program should bear. It is a ratio{expressed as a percentage)of the Indirect Costs to a Direct <br /> Cost base. If reimbursement of Indirect Costs is allowable under an Award,Grantor will not reimburse those <br /> Indirect Costs unless Grantee has established an Indirect Cost Rate covering the applicable activities and <br /> period of time, unless Indirect Costs are reimbursed at a fixed rate. <br /> "Indirect Cost Rate Proposal"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Net Revenue°means an entity's total revenue less its operating expenses,interest paid,depreciation, <br /> and taxes. "Net Revenuep is synonymous with"Profit.° <br /> "Nonprofit Organization"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Notice of Award"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "OMB"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 7000. <br /> "Prior Approval"has the same meaning as in 44 III.Admin.Code Part 700D. <br /> "Profit"means an entity's fotal revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid,depreciation,and <br /> taxes.
