GENERAL <br /> .A. PRCIFESSI(.1NAL SERVICE PROVII3ER. The Pxofessianal Servica Provider shall provide <br /> professianal services for#he City in atl phases of the Project,serve as the City's prafessional <br /> representative for the Projec#as set farth herain and shall give pxofesszonal cnnsuttation and advice to <br /> the City's Representa#ive during ihe perfc�rmance of�ervices hereunder. Aii services provided <br /> hereundsr shall be performed by the Frafessional Service Provider in accordance with generatly <br /> aocepted standards. <br /> B. NOTICE TO PROCEED. The Professianal Service Pravider shall anly begir�performance of each <br /> Phase of work required hereunder upon receipt of a written Notice to Proceed for that Phase,as <br /> shown in E7chibit B. <br /> C. TI]NIE. The PrafessionaI Service Pravider shaIl begin work on each suecessive phase within thiriy <br /> (30}days af�er receipt of#he Notice to Proceed far each phase and shall devote such personnel, <br /> technzcal equipment,computer tirrte and materials to the Project so as to complete each phase within <br /> the time limits set fQrth in Exhibit C;Project Timeline. <br /> D. CITY'S REPRESENTATNE.
