<br /> Roads and Streets office.

<br /> (22} To compfete this phase af the praject wifhin three(3)years from the date this agreement is approved by the STATE if this portian of
<br /> the project described in the Project Descriptian does not exceed$1,000,000(five years if the project costs exceed$1,000,000).
<br /> (23} To campiy with the federai Financiai integrity Review and Evaivatian(FIRE}program,which requires States and subrecipients to
<br /> justify continued federal funding on inactive projects. 23 CFR 630.106(a)(5)defines an inactive project as a project which no
<br /> e�enditures have besn charged against Federal funds far#he past tweive{12}manths.
<br /> Ta keep projects active,invoicing must occur a minimum af one time within any given twelve(12)month period. However,to
<br /> ensure adequafe processing time,the firs#invoice shsll be submitted ta#he STATE within six{6}months of the federat authoriz.atic�n
