RESOLUTION NO. 2019- o� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND <br /> APPOINTING CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Decatur and Scot Wrighton for the <br /> appointment by the City of Scot Wrighton as City Manager be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received,placed on file, approved and attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal, and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
