City Manager is not now a <br /> party to, nor has ever been a party to, any non-competition agreement with <br /> any party restricting or purporting to resirict his work hereunder and is not <br /> a part of any agreement, written or oral,which would be breached by his <br /> performance of Agreement, except for work as an outside private <br /> consultant and instructor as provided below in Section 2.8 and 7.3; and <br /> {c) Nanaed as Defendant.
