OI8 ADDENDA&CHANGES <br /> Addenda are written documents zssued by the City prior to the date for receipt of <br /> bids which modify or interpret fihe bidding documents by additian, deletions, clar- <br /> ification ar corrections. During the course of a Invitation to Bid procedure changes <br /> may take place affecting the terms and conditians or the specificatians of the bid. <br /> If this is the case, a written addendum will he sent certified mail to all vendars wha <br /> received the Invitation to Bid. The addendtun wil!be on green calored paper. <br /> 02Q LATE BIlJS <br /> The bid time will be and must be carefully observed. The responsibility of getting <br /> the bid to the City of Decatur Purchasing Division on ar befare the specified time <br /> and date is solety the responsibility af fhe bidder, Late bids received by the <br /> Purchasing Division after the time and date specified for opening must be rejected <br /> unopened, except in those rare cases where a bid has been misplaced or mishandled <br /> after receipt. Late bids will be returned unopened ta the bidder alang with a letter <br /> notifying the bidder the bid was automatically disqualified because of being <br /> deciared late. <br /> 02I CHANGES ALTER.ATI4NS &ERASURES <br /> All changes, alteratzons and erasures�made by the bidder prior to submzssion of the <br /> bid must be initzaled by the bidder in ir�k next to such change,atteration c�r erasure. <br /> 022 MISTAKES <br /> Bidders are expected to examine the specificatians, delivery schedule, bid prices, <br /> extensians, and all instructians pertaining to supplies and services.
