ORDINANCE NO. 2019- 0 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR THE <br /> PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES FOR THE FLEET <br /> MAINTENANCE FUND OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS FOR <br /> THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31,2018 <br /> WHEREAS, on March 5, 2018, City Council passed the Annual Appropriation Ordinance <br /> 2018-07 for the purpose of defraying the expenses of several departments and funds of the City of <br /> Decatur for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018 and ending December 31,2018. <br /> WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational <br /> expenditures necessary for the City to effect provision of services to its citizens which were not <br /> anticipated at the time the City Council adopted Ordinance 2018-07. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in fiscal year ending <br /> December 3 l,2018 and set apart within the following designated fund for expenditures as follows: <br /> Fund $Amount <br /> Fleet Maintenance Fund (#60) 17,000 <br /> SECTION 2.
