RESOLUTION NO. 2019-� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT AND <br /> APPOINTING INTERIM CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement attached as Exhibit"A"between the City of Decatur and <br /> Wendy Morthland for the appointment by the City of Wendy Morthland as Interim City <br /> Manager be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3.
