A landscaped berm will be shifted
slightly to the northeast. No other significant changes to the previously approved development plan for
the Community Care Campus are proposed. The two proposed apartment buildings are 5,658 square
feet and 4,164 square feet in size and scheduled to be constructed in the fall of 2019. The two (2)
remaining apartment buildings will be constructed in the near future. The petitioner is also proposing
51 additional parking stalls for these additional apartment buildings. The faade for the proposed
buildings will be mostly brick. See the table below for comparison of the current versus the proposed.
The additional four (4) apartment buildings will be located at the northeastern portion of the
Community Care Campus, in lieu of on conceptual building in the previous proposal. The proposed
apartment buildings are an accessory use to the campus by providing additional long-term care to those
that need more stability and little more help to start a new life.
2
