REVtStON OF BUDGET AND PRGIGRAM PLANS:The SUBREC(PIENT shai) obtain written <br /> permissian from the CITY's Mar►ager of Neighborhaod Services Division prior to any change <br /> in the approved budget or program plans following Omni Circular §200.308 (c) (increase or <br /> decrease} of ten present {201} of the line ifiem's budget or$540.00,whichever is less,to <br /> any account under the SUBRECIPIENT's line item budget which is attached hereto and <br /> identified as Appendix A. In order far the CITY to apprave such a request,SUBRE�IPtENT's <br /> written request shall contain,at a minimum. (1)the reason and justification far the change; <br /> (2}the amounts to be changed;and (3j a description of which line items are affected. <br /> Changes made withaut the CITY's rior approval may result in non-reimbursement of <br /> expenditures fram those affected line items. <br /> XV.
