BASIS 4F BILLING.City shall pay the Frafessianal Service Provider for alt services rendered <br /> under Sectic�n II Phases A through P an amount based an Standard hoarly Rates for services <br /> rendered by principaEs and employees assigned to the Project. <br /> Direct Labor Costs used as a basis far paycnent means salaries and wages{basic and incentive} <br /> paid to all personnel engaged directly an the Project, including but not limited ta,engineers, <br /> architects,surveyors,designers,draftsmen,specification writers,estimators,atlter technicaC <br /> personnel,stenographers,typists and clerks;but does nat include indirect payroll related casts ar <br /> fringe benefits. For the purpases of this Agreement,the principaIs and employees of the <br /> Arofessional Serrrice Pravider and their hourly direct labor costs are set forth in Exhibit H hereto. <br /> B. SUBCONSULTANT. The City shall pay the Professional Service Provider far services and <br /> reimbursable expenses of subconsultants engaged by the Professional Service Pravider with the <br /> approval of the City's Representative,the amount billed by the Subconsultant to the Professional <br /> Service Provider times an approved multiplier of 10%. <br /> C. REIMBIIR5ABLE EXPENSES. In addition ta payments provided for in paragraphs A and B <br /> af this Section,the City shall pay the Professianat Service Provider the actual costs of ail <br /> Reimbursable Expenses incurred in connection with all Basic and Additional Services. <br /> Reimbursable Expenses means the actual expenses incurred directly in connectian with the <br /> Project for transportation casts on the basis of actual cost if public transportation is used, <br /> subsistence incidental thereto,toll telephone calls,repraduction of reports,drawings, <br /> specifications and simi(ar project-related items in addition ta those required under Sectian II. <br /> tf the Prafessional Service Pravider's vehicles are used on the project,the City shall pay the <br /> Professionat Setvica Pravider the current Internal Revenue Service standard miteage rate per mile <br /> for use of the vehicle. <br /> D. PAYMENT FOR WORK COMPLETED <br /> I. Monthly progress payments may be requested by the Professionai Service Frovider far work <br /> satisfactorily campleted and shall be made by the City to the Prafessional Service Provider as <br /> soan as practicable upc�n submission af statetnents requesting payment by tixe Prafessional <br /> Service Provider to the City. Each statement shatl be acca�rtpanied by an Invoice Data Sheet as <br /> shown in Exhibit I. If the Professionai Service Provider prafers,the Invoice Data sheet may serve <br /> as the Professional Service Pravider's invoice. <br /> 2. The Professional Service Provider shail prepare a monthty progress report indicating the amount <br /> of work completed based on the approved scape of work and any approved addendums. The <br /> Professional Service Provider shall also prepare a pragress chart showing the upper limit af <br /> compensatian appraved by the contract,the planned time of completion,the estimated carrrpte#ion <br /> to date,the percentage af ihe approved contract amaunt earned,the percentage of elapsed time, <br /> and the currently forecasted amount of work required to eorr►plete the projeet.
