Make revisians in plans and <br /> associated budget estimates as needed. Three(3j meetings are anticipated. <br /> 2. Prepare pians,details and any special provisions needed forthe fallowing. <br /> • Site demolition and dispasal of rnaterials <br /> • Preliminary site grading plans for use by Decatur StafF <br /> • Control points and iayout of improvements <br /> • Si#e improvements,details,eiements <br /> • Pavement finishing(coloring,scoring,tooling,striping}and special pavement design <br /> • Street trees ancf other pianting <br /> • Water senrice locatians <br /> Caordinate with City staff and meet three{3}times c#uring pfan development. <br /> 3.
