Professional Service Provider Not Responsible for Acts of Contractor. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES The City shatl, A. FURNISH RE�UIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS, Provide at1 criteria and full infarmatian as ta the City's requirernents for the Project, includin�design objectives and canstraints,space,capacity and perfarmance requirernents,flexibility and expandability,econamic parameters aad any budgetary limitations;and furnish copies of all design and canstructian standards which the City will require to be included in the Drawings and Specifications. B. FURNISH TNFORMATI4N. Assist the Professional Service Provider by placing at the Frofessional Service Provider's disposal atI available informatian pertinent to the Project including previous reports and any other data relative to design or construction of the Project. C, FURNISH TECHNICAL INFORMATI4N. Furnish to the Professional Service Provider,as required far performance af the Professional Service Provider's Basic Services(except to the extent provided otherwise in E�chibit A, "Scape of Work"),data prepared by or services of others, including without limitation,core borings,probings and subsurface explorations,hydrographic surveys, la6oratory tests and inspections of sampies,materials and equiptnent;appropriate professional interpretations af all ofthe foregoing;envirar�mental assessment and impact statements;praperty, boundary,easernent,right-of-way,tapographic and utility surveys;praperty descriptions;zoning, deed and other land use restriction; all of which the Professional 8ervice Provider may rely upon in performing the Prafessional Service Provider's services. D. SURVEYS AND REFERENCE PQINTS. Provide fieid controt surveys and establish reference points and base lines except to the extent provided otherwise in Section II to enable the Contractor�s) ta proceed with the layout of the wark. E. ACCESS TO PROPERTY. Arrange for access to and make all provisions far the Professiona! Service Provider to enter upon public and private property as requiced for the Professiana! Service Provider to perform the Prafessianal Service Provider's services. F. REVIEVJ DC}CUMENTS. Examine all studies,reports,sketches,drawings,specifications, proposals and other documents presented by the Professional Service Provider,obtain advice af an attorney, insurance counselor and ather consultants as the City's Representative deems appropriate far such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to delay the services of the Professianal Service Pravider.
